What to Expect When Booking an Appointment

Booking is done solely through my online calendar. Once booked you will get new patient paperwork or if you are a return visit you will get a confirmation email.

Virtual appointments are done through the Healthie EMR platform. At the time scheduled you will log in and click your name which will be a hyperlink to your virtual appointment.

New patient visits are approximately 60mins at $165. During this time we go over your full healthy history, review any previous labs or imaging done, physical exam if warranted, potentially ordering blood/salivary/urine testing and planning next steps.

Follow up consultations 45 mins at $85 to review blood work, holistic counseling, starting a personalized treatment protocol.

20 min check-ins are $65 and include fine-tuning treatment protocols, ordering new hormones/peptides, prescription refill requests, and diet modifications.

Complimentary 15 min consultations are for new patients only.

Cupping/dry needling based on area treated but ranges from $65-85 for 20-40mins.

EMR PORTAL

Once you sign up for an appointment via Healthie: you will receive a welcome email from us with a link to join our patient portal and instructions for your first visit.

  1. Please fill out the intake information in the portal 24 hours before your visit, allowing me time to review your information. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the Welcome Packet in your email after booking your appointment.

  2. Please fill out insurance information and/or upload a picture of the front and back of your insurance card. Most labs can be billed directly to your insurance.

  3. A reminder will be sent 2 days before your appointment if you haven’t finished the above steps, please do so.

INSURANCE

I am a cash based practice and payment is due at time of service. I will provide a superbill. A superbill is a detailed invoice outlining the services a client received. You will then be able submit the superbill to your insurer for reimbursement directly to you or application towards your deductible.
